Expected Delivery

We attempt to have every item in our e-store in stock.  Our policy is to ship your merchandise within 72 hours (including weekends) of receipt of your order.  Orders shipped via USPS Priority mail typically take one to three days to deliver.  That is one day for the southeast region - Georgia, Florida and Alabama.  Other states east of the Mississippi typically take no more than two days with some west coast orders requiring three days to deliver.  If the item(s) you have ordered are temporarily out of stock (rarely happen, we hope) we will either fill the order within two weeks or give you the option to cancel the order.  The delivery times for UPS Ground shipping varies from 2-5 business days for all shipments to the continental US.  Alaska and Hawaii times could be longer.

Transit Time

Please note that the shipping times are the transit time after we ship, not from the time you send in the order.  Approximately 95% of our orders ship the next business day after receipt of the order.

International (Non-USA) Customers

The international shipping charges are automatically computed using a service provided by the US Postal Service.   The actual charges vary depending upon the weight of the package, country of destination and the shipping method selected.  International orders have the option of selecting either Economy (usually 4-6 week delivery) or Airmail Parcel Post (usually 4-7 day delivery) with Airmail being the most expensive.   Unfortunately the Airmail delivery time can occasionally (usually around Christmas) take a little longer than projected because of the delivery country's import customs office backlogs.
